If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may ship it back to us freight prepaid within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. Unfortunately we can’t refund shipping & handling charges unless the product was defective or we misrepresented it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email email@example.com with your order number or a copy of your receipt (if applicable) and we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace an item if it arrives defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will provide an RMA number.
