[11:18 pm: Someday I'll learn my lesson and stop building no-code apps in abandoned buildings.]

Still on Building the Sign-up System...

I added a text element to the Pop-Up, snapped it to the upper left corner of the Group Container, and gave it the H2 Heading - Dark style, which I edited to have the same font as the other text on the page.

I added an Input element and copied it, then gave them the same width as the container.

I named the top input Email Address and set "Content format" to Email so it knows to only accept input that has an @ symbol.

I named the bottom input Password and set "Content format" to Password so it keeps the text hidden as the user enters the password.

Exploring Rewards

One way to beat procrastination is to reward yourself for doing the task. The best kind of reward is one that you can't just have any time you want. Having too much of it should have negative consequences.

Caffeine, for example. If you grab a coffee every time you're low on energy, you'll build a tolerance and it'll stop working. So make it a reward for doing something you don't have to do very often, maybe just once or twice a week.

I've used up my caffeine reward for the week, otherwise I'd use it right now (yes, it's midnight, but I seem to have a non-24-hour circadian rhythm and have been sleeping around the clock).

So I need a new reward.
